摘要

本文总结1例中药膏膜疗法治疗中风后便秘的护理体会。本案例在传统护理的基础上结合中医适宜技术的护理特色，为中风后便秘患者提供实用的中医药护理治疗手段，通过辨证施治，根据病症选取不同穴位，将调制好的中药膏均匀地涂在所需部位，利用砭石进行按摩，以达到温助阳气、疏通经络及通调水道的作用。经治疗，患者便秘症状改善，无创伤且无副作用，可为临床提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using ointment membrane therapy to treat post-stroke constipation in one case. On the basis of traditional nursing， this case combines the nursing characteristics of suitable traditional Chinese medicine techniques to provide practical traditional Chinese medicine nursing and treatment methods for post-stroke constipation patients. Through syndrome differentiation and treatment， different acupoints are selected according to the symptoms， and the prepared traditional Chinese medicine paste is evenly applied to the desired area. The needle stones are used for massage to achieve the effects of warming and assisting yang qi， clearing meridians， and regulating waterways. After treatment， the patient's constipation symptoms improved without trauma or side effects， which can provide reference for clinical practice.
