摘要
本文回顾总结1例皮内针联合气功六字诀改善重度脊柱侧弯患儿术后呼吸功能的护理经验。予患者充分的护理评估，以整体治疗为基础，以骨科护理为核心，以患儿术后呼吸功能为重点，通过中医辨证、皮内针和健身气功六字诀联合应用，减轻患儿呼吸困难症状，并配合心理、疼痛、安全及个体化护理，减轻患儿术后不舒适，加快患儿康复。经过精心护理，患儿术后7 d步行出院，随访6个月，状况良好并如期进行二期脊柱矫形手术，现已恢复正常的学习和生活。
Abstract
This article reviews and summarizes the nursing experience of using intradermal needles combined with qigong six character formula to improve postoperative respiratory function in a child with severe scoliosis. Provide patients with sufficient nursing evaluation， based on holistic treatment， with orthopedic nursing as the core and postoperative respiratory function as the focus. Through the combination of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， intradermal acupuncture， and fitness qigong six character formula， alleviate the symptoms of respiratory distress in patients， and cooperate with psychological， pain， safety， and personalized nursing to reduce postoperative discomfort and accelerate their recovery. After careful care， the patient was discharged on foot 7 days after surgery， followed up for 6 months， and was in good condition. The patient underwent the second phase of spinal correction surgery as scheduled and has now resumed normal learning and life.
