摘要
本文总结1例煤工尘肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的中医肺康复的护理体会。在常规西医护理下，联合中医特色的康复治疗，应用中药膏摩、穴位贴敷及耳穴压丸等中医适宜技术，参照COPD患者呼吸困难程度mMRC评分表，结果显示疗效显著。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine lung rehabilitation for a patient with coal worker's pneumoconiosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Under routine Western medical care， combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy， suitable techniques of Chinese medicine such as ointment massage， acupoint application， and ear acupoint pressure pills were applied. Referring to the mMRC score table for COPD patients with respiratory distress， the results showed significant therapeutic effects.
