摘要

本文总结1例采用中药塌渍治疗慢性肾衰竭并发阴囊水肿患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取中药塌渍配合饮食调护、起居调护、情志护理及常规护理等措施，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chronic renal failure complicated with scrotal edema treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， measures such as combining traditional Chinese medicine soaking with dietary care， daily living care， emotional care， and routine care are taken to improve the quality of life of patients.
