摘要

本文总结1例腰椎术后患者应用中药塌渍联合穴位按摩改善顽固性便秘的护理体会。术后6 h予患者穴位按摩联合中药塌渍治疗，连续干预6 d，患者的Bristol大便性状分型量表及便秘患者的症状自评价表均较术前有所改善，表明中药塌渍联合穴位按摩可有效治疗腰椎压缩骨折术后患者顽固性便秘症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient who underwent lumbar spine surgery and improved refractory constipation by using traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage. After 6 hours of postoperative treatment， the patient was given acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine stain collapse therapy. The intervention lasted for 6 days， and the patient's Bristol stool characteristic classification scale and symptom self-evaluation table for constipation patients improved compared to preoperative levels， indicating that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine stain collapse therapy and acupoint massage can effectively treat refractory constipation symptoms in patients with lumbar compression fractures after surgery.
