摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩治疗慢性肾衰合并恶心呕吐的护理效果及经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，通过中药膏摩技术治疗，对患者腹部以及特定穴位进行中药膏剂加特定手法的治疗，同时予饮食护理、情志护理等护理措施，有效改善患者恶心呕吐症状，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing effect and experience of using traditional Chinese medicine ointment to treat chronic renal failure with nausea and vomiting. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， the treatment of patients' abdomen and specific acupoints is carried out through the use of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and specific techniques. At the same time， nursing measures such as dietary care and emotional care are provided to effectively improve patients' nausea and vomiting symptoms， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
