摘要

本文总结1例砭石熨摩中药透入法联合耳穴贴压治疗混合痔术后便秘患者的护理经验。根据中医辨证基础理论，分析患者术后便秘的发病机制，在生活起居、饮食护理及情志护理等日常护理的基础上选用砭石熨摩中药透入法联合耳穴贴压治疗，明显改善患者便秘的症状，加速疾病康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with constipation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery treated with a combination of needle stone ironing and traditional Chinese medicine penetration method and ear acupoint application pressure. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， the pathogenesis of postoperative constipation in patients is analyzed. On the basis of daily care such as daily living， dietary care， and emotional care， the use of Bianshi ironing and massage traditional Chinese medicine penetration method combined with ear acupressure treatment significantly improves the symptoms of constipation in patients and accelerates disease recovery.
