摘要
本文基于“以通为用，以降为顺”理论，运用大承气汤中药保留灌肠、艾灸及抗炎补液等中西医结合方案对1例反复肠梗阻患者进行治疗和护理。根据中医基础理论实施中医特色护理，应用大承气汤保留灌肠、艾灸治疗，以“通”、“降”为主要治疗原则，同时予患者情志护理、饮食指导及西医抗炎补液等对症治疗，有效减轻患者痛苦，改善患者营养状况，促进病情恢复。经过14 d住院治疗，患者已病情好转出院。
Abstract
This article is based on the theory of "using communication to promote and reducing to promote"， and uses a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine， such as Dachengqi decoction， traditional Chinese medicine retention enema， moxibustion， and anti-inflammatory fluid replacement， to treat and care for a patient with recurrent intestinal obstruction. According to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing is implemented， using Dachengqi decoction retention enema and moxibustion treatment， with "promoting" and "reducing" as the main treatment principles. At the same time， patients are provided with emotional care， dietary guidance， and Western medicine anti-inflammatory and fluid replacement treatments， effectively reducing patients' pain， improving their nutritional status， and promoting disease recovery. After 14 days of hospitalization， the patient's condition has improved and they have been discharged.
