摘要
本文总结1例肝火上扰型耳鸣患者的中西医护理经验。根据患者的病情，在常规护理的基础上予耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴埋豆中医特色技术，改善患者的临床症状，经治疗，患者耳鸣症状缓解，焦虑情绪改善，提高了患者的睡眠质量和生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in a patient with liver fire disturbance type tinnitus. Based on the patient's condition， on the basis of routine care， ear holographic scraping combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic techniques of ear acupoint embedding improved the patient's clinical symptoms. After treatment， the patient's tinnitus symptoms were relieved， anxiety was improved， and the patient's sleep quality and quality of life were improved.
