摘要

本文总结1例运用雷火灸疗法改善中风急性期气虚血瘀证患者肢体活动障碍的护理体会。气虚血瘀型中风病以气虚为本，血瘀为标，益气活血为主要治疗原则，中医使用“温补助阳”达到益气活血功效。本案例在常规护理基础上辨证取穴，利用雷火灸药力峻、火力猛、渗透力较强及灸疗面广的特点为患者施治，施治过程中通过调整施灸穴位，补、泻手法，施灸时间及距离来为患者进行整体性及个性化护理。经治疗，有效改善患者肢体活动障碍症状，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using thunder fire moxibustion therapy to improve limb movement disorders in a patient with acute stroke Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Qi deficiency and blood stasis type stroke is based on Qi deficiency， with blood stasis as the standard and Qi tonifying and blood activating as the main treatment principles. Traditional Chinese medicine uses "warming and supplementing yang" to achieve the effect of Qi tonifying and blood activating. On the basis of routine nursing， this case selected acupoints based on syndrome differentiation， and used the characteristics of strong medicinal power， intense firepower， strong penetration， and wide range of moxibustion treatment to treat the patient. During the treatment process， the moxibustion acupoints， tonifying and purging techniques， moxibustion time and distance were adjusted to provide overall and personalized care for the patient. After treatment， the symptoms of limb movement disorders in patients have been effectively improved， which is worthy of clinical reference.
