摘要

本文总结1例耳穴贴压联合中药热奄包治疗COPD患者便秘的护理体会。在完善各项临床检查后，结合中医辨证施护理论，实施耳穴贴压联合中药热奄包，配合常规护理及心理护理。经治疗，患者焦虑症状得到有效缓解，调节了患者的胃肠系统，加快肠蠕动，增强身体新陈代谢，进而缓解患者便秘症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating constipation in COPD patients with ear acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress. After completing various clinical examinations， combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， ear acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress package was implemented， in conjunction with routine nursing and psychological care. After treatment， the patient's anxiety symptoms were effectively relieved， the patient's gastrointestinal system was regulated， intestinal peristalsis was accelerated， body metabolism was enhanced， and constipation symptoms were alleviated.
