摘要
本文总结1例神阙穴贴敷联合中药保留灌肠辅助治疗失代偿期乙肝肝硬化合并肝性脑病患者的中西医护理经验。在中医辨证施护指导下采取针对性的护理措施，包括基础护理、休息与运动、情志护理、病情观察、饮食调护及用药指导等，同时运用中医护理技术，包括神阙穴贴敷和中药保留灌肠技术。经个性化精心治疗与护理后，患者腹胀、腹水及肝性脑病等症状得到明显改善。
Abstract
This paper summarized the experience of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing care of a patient with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy who was treated with Shenque point application combined with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， targeted nursing measures are taken， including basic nursing， rest and exercise， emotional nursing， disease observation， dietary regulation， and medication guidance. At the same time， traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques are used， including Shenque acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema technique. After personalized and meticulous treatment and care， the patient's symptoms such as abdominal distension， ascites， and hepatic encephalopathy were significantly improved.
