摘要

产后压力性尿失禁是一种常见的女性盆底功能障碍性疾病，属中医学“遗尿”“遗溺”范畴，主要表现为女性经历妊娠或分娩后出现不自主尿液渗漏，严重影响生活质量。本文总结1例压力性尿失禁患者的中医护理体会。本文以中医理论为依据，在辨证的基础上使用腹部手指点穴、雷火灸法、耳部刮痧、耳穴贴压及腕踝针疗法等中医护理技术，改善患者压力性尿失禁的问题，予患者健康指导，增强脏腑功能，达到阴阳平衡，维持良好的排尿功能，减少患者出现尿失禁现象。

Abstract

Postpartum stress urinary incontinence is a common female pelvic floor dysfunction disease， which belongs to the category of "enuresis" and "drowning" in traditional Chinese medicine. It is mainly manifested as involuntary urine leakage after pregnancy or childbirth， which seriously affects the quality of life. This paper summarizes the experience of nursing a patient with stress urinary incontinence. In this paper， based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and on the basis of syndrome differentiation， TCM nursing techniques such as abdominal finger point， thunder fire moxibustion， ear scraping， ear point sticking and wrist and ankle acupuncture therapy are used to improve patients' stress urinary incontinence， provide health guidance to patients， enhance the function of viscera， achieve the balance of Yin and Yang， maintain good urination function， and reduce the occurrence of urinary incontinence in patients.
