摘要
本文总结1例妊娠合并高位截瘫妇女，行紧急剖宫产手术的围手术期中医结合护理经验。回顾该患者剖宫产围手术期的整个过程，融合加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery， ERAS）策略，主要包括麻醉、手术技术、多模式镇痛、鼓励早期进食与活动及应用中医特色技术等，有效改善患者术后疼痛症状，促进产后泌乳，预防肺栓塞及静脉血栓栓塞症（Venous thromboembolism， VTE）等并发症的发生。此外，基于共同养育理念，启动配偶参与共同做好新生儿母乳喂养与护理，予患者生活护理，提供有效的心理支持与疏导，母婴结局良好，对护理工作表示满意。
Abstract
This article summarizes the perioperative experience of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in a pregnant woman with high paraplegia who underwent emergency cesarean section surgery. Reviewing the entire process of the patient's cesarean section perioperative period， the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery （ERAS） strategy was integrated， mainly including anesthesia， surgical techniques， multimodal analgesia， encouragement of early eating and activity， and application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic techniques. This effectively improved the patient's postoperative pain symptoms， promoted postpartum lactation， and prevented the occurrence of complications such as pulmonary embolism and venous thromboembolism （VTE）. In addition， based on the concept of shared parenting， spouses are encouraged to participate in the joint breastfeeding and care of newborns， providing patients with daily care and effective psychological support and counseling. The mother and baby outcomes are good， and satisfaction is expressed with the nursing work.
