摘要
本文总结1例穴位贴敷循经拍打治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护，开展穴位贴敷循经拍打、饮食调护及情志护理等中医干预，并结合控制血糖、足部护理等西医常规护理，有效缓解患者下肢麻木、疼痛及焦虑等症状。通过穴位贴敷循经拍打治疗糖尿病周围神经病变，患者治疗耐受力好，可达到显著治疗效果。
Abstract
This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of diabetes peripheral neuropathy treated with acupoint application and tapping along meridians. Based on the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine， acupuncture point application， meridian beating， dietary regulation， emotional care and other traditional Chinese medicine interventions are carried out， combined with routine Western medicine nursing such as blood sugar control and foot care， effectively alleviating symptoms such as numbness， pain and anxiety in the lower limbs of patients. The treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy by acupoint application and tapping along meridians has good therapeutic tolerance and can achieve significant therapeutic effect.
