摘要
本文总结1例温灸联合耳穴贴压治疗脾肾亏虚证肾性水肿患者的护理经验。在西药利尿治疗基础上，采用温灸疗法联合耳穴贴压进行辅助治疗，有效减轻患者水肿症状，改善患者舒适度，提高其生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome and renal edema treated with warm moxibustion combined with ear acupressure. On the basis of Western diuretic treatment， warm moxibustion therapy combined with ear acupressure is used as an auxiliary treatment to effectively alleviate patients' edema symptoms， improve their comfort， and enhance their quality of life.
