摘要

本文总结1例气管插管患者因无法自主排痰采用超声中药疗法治疗痰瘀互结患者的护理经验。在常规护理的基础上辨证施护，予患者超声中药透入治疗。通过超声中药透入治疗后，使患者在无法自主排痰的情况下，促进痰液的稀释和代谢，以达到祛痰的效果，减轻肺部感染。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with tracheal intubation who was unable to self expectorate phlegm and was treated with ultrasound traditional Chinese medicine therapy for phlegm blood stasis. On the basis of routine nursing， differentiated care is given to patients， and ultrasound treatment with traditional Chinese medicine infusion is administered. After the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine infusion through ultrasound， patients can promote the dilution and metabolism of sputum in the absence of self expectoration， in order to achieve the effect of expectoration and reduce lung infections.
