摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合中药保留灌肠治疗气滞血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者的护理经验。通过辨证分型和护理评估制定护理方案，采取中药膏摩联合中药保留灌肠治疗，同时做好饮食调护、情志护理和生活指导等护理措施，减轻患者疼痛，缓解焦虑，治疗效果理想。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema. A nursing plan was developed through syndrome differentiation and nursing evaluation， using a combination of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and retention enema treatment. At the same time， nursing measures such as dietary regulation， emotional care， and life guidance were taken to alleviate patient pain， anxiety， and achieve ideal treatment results.
