摘要

本文总结1例双肾积水患者围手术期的中西医结合护理体会。本病例采用机器人辅助腹腔镜下左肾盂成形+右侧输尿管狭窄颊粘膜补片手术方式解除输尿管梗阻，保护患者肾功能，术前对患者加强口腔护理、心理护理及术前准备，术后在外科常规护理的基础上辨证施护，运用耳穴贴压、穴位按摩及五音疗法等中医护理技术消除患者术后疼痛症状，解除患者术后焦虑情绪，改善患者术后张口受限情况，促进疾病康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with bilateral hydronephrosis during the perioperative period. This case uses robot assisted laparoscopic left pyeloplasty and right ureteral stenosis buccal mucosal patch surgery to relieve ureteral obstruction and protect the patient's kidney function. Preoperative oral care， psychological care， and preoperative preparation are strengthened for the patient. After surgery， on the basis of routine surgical care， differentiated care is given. Traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as ear acupressure， acupoint massage， and pentatonic therapy are used to eliminate postoperative pain symptoms， relieve postoperative anxiety， improve postoperative mouth opening restriction， and promote disease recovery.
