摘要

本文总结3例穴位埋线联合中医无饥饿禁食疗法序贯治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的护理病例报告。基于中医辨证施护理论，采用穴位埋线联合中医无饥饿禁食疗法，配合常规护理措施，明显改善患者血糖情况及体质指标，且该治疗方法安全、经济，患者易于接受。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing case report of 3 cases of obese type 2 diabetes （T2DM） treated by acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese medicine non hunger fasting therapy. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， the combination of acupoint embedding and traditional Chinese medicine hunger free fasting therapy， combined with routine nursing measures， significantly improves the patient's blood sugar level and physical indicators. This treatment method is safe， economical， and easy for patients to accept.
