摘要
本文总结1例八卦揉腹法联合葫芦灸治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，选取相对应穴位，实施八卦揉腹法联合葫芦灸治疗，同时配合饮食、运动、情志护理等护理措施，改善患者胃脘痛症状。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type epigastric pain treated with Bagua kneading method combined with gourd moxibustion. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， corresponding acupoints are selected， and the Eight Trigrams Rubbing Abdominal Method combined with Gourd Moxibustion is implemented for treatment. At the same time， nursing measures such as diet， exercise， and emotional care are taken to improve the patient's symptoms of epigastric pain.
