摘要

本文总结1例运用中医外治法治疗慢性咳嗽患儿的护理体会。基于中医外治理论基础，采取推拿、拔罐和中药穴位贴敷等中医外治干预措施，并配合健康宣教，取得良好的治疗效果。中医外治疗法操作简单，患儿接受度和依从性较高，可有效改善患儿的咳嗽症状，减少咳嗽次数，缩短病程。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods to treat a child with chronic cough. Based on the theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） external treatment， interventions such as massage， cupping， and TCM acupoint application were adopted， combined with health education， achieving good therapeutic effects. Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment therapy is simple to operate， with high acceptance and compliance among children. It can effectively improve the cough symptoms of children， reduce the frequency of coughing， and shorten the course of the disease.
