摘要
本文总结1例采用马氏温灸联合指尖易筋疗法治疗锁骨骨折保守术后肩关节周围粘连炎的护理体会。基于中医理论辨证施护，采用中医外治法马氏温灸联合指尖易筋疗法进行干预，同时完善护理常规、心理护理及功能锻炼等。经干预，患者肩关节活动功能得到改善，疼痛评分下降，肩关节活动范围扩大，焦虑症状减轻，患者生活质量得到有效提升。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of treating shoulder periarthritis after conservative surgery for clavicle fracture using Ma's warm moxibustion combined with fingertip easy muscle therapy. Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory of syndrome differentiation and nursing， the intervention is carried out using the external treatment method of Ma's warm moxibustion combined with fingertip easy muscle therapy， while improving nursing routines， psychological care， and functional exercise. After intervention， the patient's shoulder joint activity function improved， the pain score decreased， the range of shoulder joint activity expanded， anxiety symptoms were alleviated， and the patient's quality of life was effectively improved.
