摘要
本文总结1例采用刮痧技术联合穴位放血治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的临床护理经验。通过全面的护理评估，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，针对患者高热、咽喉肿痛的临床表现，采取颈部咽喉投影区刮痧，联合少商穴、商阳穴穴位放血的治疗方法，有效地控制患儿的体温，明显缓解咽喉疼痛，增加其舒适度。
Abstract
This article summarizes the clinical nursing experience of using scraping technique combined with acupoint bloodletting to treat acute tonsillitis in children. Through comprehensive nursing evaluation and guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， the clinical manifestations of high fever and sore throat in patients were treated with scraping therapy in the projection area of the neck and throat， combined with bloodletting at Shaoshang and Shangyang acupoints， effectively controlling the child's body temperature， significantly relieving sore throat， and increasing their comfort.
