摘要
本文总结1例短暂性抽动障碍患儿采用小儿推拿联合腕踝针进行辅助治疗的护理经验。通过全面的护理评估，基于祖国医学辨证论治理论，制定护理计划与措施，采用小儿推拿和腕踝针两种中医外治法的联合治疗护理，有效控制了患儿眨眼、拇指抽动、甩胳膊的症状，减少了患儿发脾气的次数，提高了患儿的生活质量，缓解了家长的焦虑。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of using pediatric massage combined with wrist ankle acupuncture as adjuvant therapy for a child with transient tic disorder. Through comprehensive nursing evaluation and guided by the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine， nursing plans and measures were formulated. The combined treatment of pediatric massage and wrist ankle acupuncture， two traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods， effectively controlled the symptoms of blinking， thumb twitching， and arm swinging in children， reduced the frequency of children's temper tantrums， improved their quality of life， and alleviated parents' anxiety.
