摘要

本文总结1例使用中药塌渍疗法治疗附睾炎患者的护理体会。以中医整体观念为基础，以患者阴囊肿胀、疼痛、硬结形成此发展情况为导向，基于中医辨证施治、辨证施护和个体化的治疗与护理，采用中西医结合的方式，在西医药物干预的同时采用中医特色疗法，即中药塌渍配合口服中药进行个性化的护理，有效缓解症状，治疗附睾炎，疗效显著，促进患者稳步康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with epididymitis treated with traditional Chinese medicine soaking therapy. Based on the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and guided by the development of scrotal swelling， pain， and induration in patients， a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is adopted to treat and care for patients based on syndrome differentiation and individualized treatment and care. Western medicine intervention is combined with traditional Chinese medicine color therapy， which combines traditional Chinese medicine with oral Chinese medicine for personalized care， effectively relieving symptoms， treating epididymitis， achieving significant therapeutic effects， and promoting stable recovery of patients.
