摘要
本文总结1例葫芦灸联合揿针治疗化疗相关性腹泻患者的护理体会。患者入院后完善相关护理评估，基于中医辨证实施葫芦灸、揿针、饮食调护及情志护理等中医护理干预，结合常规西医药物治疗与护理，有效改善患者腹泻症状，缓解病情，提高患者护理质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chemotherapy related diarrhea treated with gourd moxibustion combined with acupressure. After the patient is admitted， relevant nursing evaluations are improved， and traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions such as gourd moxibustion， needle pressing， dietary regulation， and emotional care are implemented based on TCM syndrome differentiation. Combined with conventional Western medicine drug treatment and nursing， the patient's diarrhea symptoms are effectively improved， the condition is alleviated， and the quality of patient care is improved.
