摘要
本文总结1例气虚血瘀型肩手综合征患者采用平衡火罐、雷火灸及刺络放血中医外治护理技术的实践经验。基于护理评估和辨证分型，在起居指导、饮食干预、情志调护等常规护理基础上，实施平衡火罐、雷火灸和刺络放血三联疗法，有效缓解患者患肢疼痛和肿胀症状，提高肢体活动能力，改善了患者睡眠质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes and analyzes the practical experience of treating a patient with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type shoulder-hand syndrome using traditional Chinese external treatment nursing techniques such as balanced fire cupping， moxibustion with moxa and bloodletting. Based on the nursing assessment and syndrome differentiation， on the basis of routine nursing such as living guidance， dietary intervention and emotional care， the triple therapy of balanced fire cupping， moxibustion with moxa and bloodletting was implemented， which effectively relieved the patient's pain and swelling in the affected limb， improved the limb's activity ability and improved the patient's sleep quality.
