摘要
慢性湿疹是临床常见皮肤病，西医治疗易反复发作。本案例患者因脾胃寒湿导致难治性慢性湿疹，采用铺棉灸配合中药湿敷外治疗法，取得显著疗效。护理评估发现患者湿疹反复发作，制定护理计划包括饮食、皮肤及情志护理。实施后，患者湿疹症状减轻，生活质量提高。中医特色疗法结合综合护理措施对难治性慢性湿疹患者有效，但对于此类患者应注重个体化治疗，根据患者的具体情况制定针对性的治疗方案，本案例期望为临床提供有益的参考和借鉴。
Abstract
Chronic eczema is a common skin disease in clinical practice， and Western medicine treatment is prone to recurrence. The patient in this case had refractory chronic eczema caused by spleen and stomach cold dampness. The external treatment therapy of cotton moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress achieved significant therapeutic effects. Nursing evaluation found that the patient had recurrent eczema， and a nursing plan was developed including diet， skin， and emotional care. After implementation， the patient's eczema symptoms improved and their quality of life improved. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies and comprehensive nursing measures is effective for patients with refractory chronic eczema. However， individualized treatment should be emphasized for such patients， and targeted treatment plans should be developed based on their specific conditions. This case aims to provide useful reference and inspiration for clinical practice.
