摘要
本文总结中药熏洗联合中药湿敷在1例肛瘘术后伤口患者的护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，予患者中药熏洗联合中药湿敷治疗，结合个性化饮食护理及生活护理等常规护理措施。经治疗，患者肛瘘术后伤口及湿疹得到明显改善。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress in a patient with anal fistula surgery wound. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， patients are treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress therapy， combined with personalized diet care and daily life care and other routine nursing measures. After treatment， the patient's anal fistula surgery wound and eczema were significantly improved.
