摘要

本文详细阐述1例椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用耳穴贴压结合八段锦疗法的护理体会。通过予患者实施全面护理，具体包括治疗前的评估与准备、治疗中的个性化护理及治疗后的康复指导，患者症状得到明显改善，生活质量显著提高。本案例强调综合护理、个性化护理及患者教育在椎动脉型颈椎病治疗中的重要性，展示中医护理技术的独特优势和应用前景。

Abstract

This article elaborates on the nursing experience of a patient with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type who received ear acupressure combined with eight segment brocade therapy. By providing comprehensive care to patients， including pre treatment assessment and preparation， personalized care during treatment， and post treatment rehabilitation guidance， patients' symptoms have significantly improved and their quality of life has significantly improved. This case emphasizes the importance of comprehensive nursing， personalized nursing， and patient education in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type， demonstrating the unique advantages and application prospects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques.
