摘要
本研究详细阐述1例肺炎患者的中西医结合护理过程及体会。通过全面的护理评估，明确患者身体状况，基于护理诊断制定并实施包括穴位贴敷联合耳穴压丸技术在内的中西医结合护理计划和措施，如辨证施术、辨证施护、辨证施膳及情志护理等。经治疗和护理，患者的咳嗽咳痰症状明显减轻，活动后气喘症状得到改善，实验室检查指标好转。
Abstract
This study elaborates on the process and experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with pneumonia. Through comprehensive nursing evaluation， clarify the patient's physical condition， and based on nursing diagnosis， develop and implement a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing plan and measures， including acupoint application combined with ear acupoint pressure pill technology， such as syndrome differentiation surgery， syndrome differentiation nursing， syndrome differentiation diet， and emotional nursing. After treatment and nursing， the patient's cough and sputum symptoms were significantly reduced， and their asthma symptoms improved after activity. Laboratory test indicators also improved.
