摘要

本文总结人文护理联合创新中药封包治疗1例重度特应性皮炎聋哑患者的护理体会。予患者全面护理评估，患者睡眠质量很差，血栓风险极高危，存在中度疼痛，重度瘙痒且反复发作，导致皮肤破损严重，为增加患者疗效，加强与患者沟通，将人文护理融入护理措施中，将纱布湿敷药液创新为保鲜膜包裹的中药封包法，并应用耳穴“三序”疗法解决患者睡眠问题。经过28 d的治疗后，患者皮肤完整性、疼痛、瘙痒、焦虑及睡眠等情况得到明显缓解，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of humanistic nursing combined with innovative traditional Chinese medicine packaging treatment for a deaf mute patient with severe atopic dermatitis. A comprehensive nursing assessment was conducted on the patient， who had poor sleep quality and a high risk of blood clots. The patient experienced moderate pain， severe itching， and recurrent episodes， resulting in severe skin damage. To increase patient efficacy and strengthen communication with the patient， humanistic care was integrated into nursing measures. The gauze wet compress solution was innovatively wrapped in plastic wrap using traditional Chinese medicine packaging method， and the "three sequence" therapy for ear acupoints was applied to solve the patient's sleep problems. After 28 days of treatment， the patient's skin integrity， pain， itching， anxiety， and sleep were significantly relieved， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
