摘要
本文总结采用耳穴压丸联合皮内针治疗1例冠心病患者失眠的护理体会。在常规护理的基础上，通过耳穴压丸与皮内针的联合应用，有效缓解冠心病患者的失眠症状，显著提高其睡眠质量。此方法不仅有助于改善患者的身心状态，也为冠心病伴失眠患者的护理提供新的思路与实践经验。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of auricular point pressing pill combined with intradermal acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia in a patient with coronary heart disease. On the basis of routine nursing， the combined application of auricular point pressing pills and intradermal acupuncture can effectively relieve the insomnia symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and significantly improve their sleep quality. This method not only helps to improve the physical and mental state of patients， but also provides new ideas and practical experience for the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia.
