摘要
本文概述中西医结合护理1例开胸术后慢性难愈性创面的进展过程及结果。本病例以中药换药为主，结合手术清创+富血小板血浆治疗术（PRP）以达到抗感染，促进患者伤口愈合，提高患者生活质量的目的，其过程体现了对患者的多方位、个性化治疗及护理。历经49 d住院治疗，患者开胸术后胸壁创面完全愈合，臀部三期压力性损伤历时1月完全恢复。中西医结合应用于难愈性创面的护理有较好的效果，对于促进伤口愈合、减轻患者痛苦有积极作用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the progress and results of nursing a case of chronic refractory wound after thoracotomy with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. This case is mainly treated with traditional Chinese medicine and combined with surgical debridement + platelet rich plasma therapy （PRP） to achieve the purpose of anti infection， promote wound healing and improve the quality of life of patients. The process reflects the multi-dimensional and personalized treatment and nursing of patients. After 49 days of hospitalization， the patient's chest wall wound healed completely after thoracotomy， and the three-stage pressure injury of the hip recovered completely in 1 month. The application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the nursing of refractory wounds has a good effect， which has a positive effect on promoting wound healing and reducing patients' pain.
