摘要
本研究回顾性分析1例虎符铜砭刮痧联合耳尖放血治疗人工流产后发热不退患者的护理会诊报告。通过收集该患者的临床基本资料、治疗护理过程，针对其人工流产后发热不退申请护理会诊，希望通过中医护理改善其发热及其它伴随症状。护理会诊通过中医整体辨证施护，尤其通过虎符铜砭刮痧联合耳尖放血疗法中医适宜技术干预后，当天下午患者体温恢复正常水平，恶寒症状消失，食欲改善，情绪逐渐稳定且表现出较高的治疗依从性和满意度。综上，虎符铜砭刮痧联合耳尖放血疗法为人工流产术后发热不退的患者提供了有效的治疗方案，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
This study retrospectively analyzed a nursing consultation report on a patient with persistent fever after induced abortion treated with Hufu copper needle scraping combined with ear tip bloodletting. By collecting the patient's clinical basic information， treatment and nursing process， a nursing consultation was applied for to improve their fever and other accompanying symptoms after induced abortion through traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Nursing consultation was carried out through the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine， especially through the use of appropriate techniques such as tiger talisman copper needle scraping combined with ear tip bloodletting therapy. In the afternoon of the same day， the patient's body temperature returned to normal levels， the symptoms of chills disappeared， appetite improved， emotions gradually stabilized， and showed high treatment compliance and satisfaction. In summary， the combination of Hufu copper needle scraping and ear tip bloodletting therapy provides an effective treatment plan for patients with persistent fever after induced abortion， and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
