摘要

本文总结1例浅二度双脚烫伤的护理经验，并基于“艾灸找水理论”探讨新的艾灸治疗方法和思路。以艾灸法治疗1例浅二度双脚烫伤，每天点燃艾条熏灸烫伤部位1次，1 h/次，4 d后患者伤口干燥、疼痛消失而痊愈出院，一月回访预后良好。艾灸法能够减少创面渗液，具有抗炎等功效，有助于创面愈合且患者耐受性良好。“艾灸找水理论”提供一种新的烫伤治疗思路，能够缩短伤口愈合时间，降低感染率，并且无副作用、操作简便、材料易得，值得在临床中借鉴、深入研究与推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of shallow second degree foot scald， and discusses new moxibustion treatment methods and ideas based on the "moxibustion water seeking theory". One case of superficial second degree scald of both feet was treated with moxibustion. The scalded part was fumigated with moxa sticks once a day， 1 h / time. After 4 days， the patient was cured and discharged with dry wounds and pain disappeared. The prognosis was good after a month of follow-up. Moxibustion can reduce wound exudation， has anti-inflammatory and other effects， contributes to wound healing and is well tolerated by patients. The "moxibustion water seeking theory" provides a new idea for scald treatment， which can shorten the wound healing time， reduce the infection rate， and has no side effects， simple operation， and easy access to materials， which is worthy of reference， in-depth research and promotion in clinical practice.
