摘要

本文总结应用耳穴贴压联合八段锦功法干预1例脑出血恢复期焦虑患者的护理体会。通过指导患者每天按摩贴有耳穴贴的耳部，并同时坚持八段锦功法练习，在结合常规治疗、用药和护理，效果明确，无不良反应。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience in treating a patient with anxiety in the convalescent stage following cerebral hemorrhage by applying auricular acupoint pressing combined with the Baduanjin exercise. By guiding the patient to massage the ears with auricular point stickers every day and at the same time adhering to the practice of the Baduanjin exercise， combined with conventional treatment， medication， and nursing interventions， remarkable effects were achieved with no adverse reactions.
