摘要
本文总结1例中药水罐疗法改善气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症老年患者腰痛的护理经验。本案例老年患者腰痛症状明显，通过中医辨证运用中药水罐疗法，并配合情志护理、饮食护理、生活起居护理及功能锻炼指导，有效改善了疼痛症状，促进老年患者的康复。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of Chinese medicine water tank therapy to improve the low back pain of elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. In this case， the symptoms of low back pain in elderly patients are obvious. Through the application of traditional Chinese medicine water tank therapy based on syndrome differentiation， combined with emotional nursing， dietary nursing， daily life nursing and functional exercise guidance， the pain symptoms are effectively improved and the rehabilitation of elderly patients is promoted.
