摘要
中药灌肠是治疗腹腔感染的一种中医特色疗法，通过将具有清热解毒、活血化瘀等功效的中药煎剂灌入肠道，以达到治疗腹腔感染的目的。本文总结中药灌肠在治疗腹腔感染中的应用价值，配合实施耳穴压丸治疗，以减轻症状，促进康复。研究发现，中药灌肠能有效改善腹腔感染患者症状，降低炎症反应，促进肠功能恢复且安全性较高，为临床治疗腹腔感染提供了新的思路和方法。
Abstract
Chinese Herbal Enema， a distinctive Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） therapy for intra-abdominal infection， involves the infusion of decocted herbs with heat-clearing， detoxifying， blood-activating， and stasis-resolving properties into the intestinal tract to treat intra-abdominal infections. This article synthesizes the clinical value of Chinese Herbal Enema in managing intra-abdominal infections， augmented by Auricular Acupoint Pressure therapy to alleviate symptoms and accelerate recovery. The study demonstrates that Chinese Herbal Enema effectively improves clinical symptoms， reduces inflammatory responses， promotes intestinal functional recovery， and exhibits a favorable safety profile， thereby providing novel insights and methodologies for the clinical management of intra-abdominal infections.
