摘要
本文总结1例神经源性膀胱患者的中西医结合康复护理体会。患者脊髓手术后出现神经源性膀胱，表现为自主排尿障碍，在个性化间歇导尿的基础上配合呼吸训练、饮水计划、盆底肌、括约肌训练，神经肌肉电刺激，联合中药，针灸疗法，建立心理干预团队改善患者焦虑情绪，有效改善患者排尿障碍，提高患者管理能力和生活质量。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the experience of rehabilitation nursing of a patient with neurogenic bladder treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The patient developed neurogenic bladder after spinal cord surgery， which was manifested as dysuria. On the basis of personalized intermittent catheterization， combined with respiratory training， drinking water plan， pelvic floor muscle and sphincter training， neuromuscular electrical stimulation， traditional Chinese medicine， acupuncture therapy， a psychological intervention team was established to improve the anxiety of patients， effectively improve the dysuria of patients， and improve the management ability and quality of life of patients.
