摘要
本文总结1例穴位放血疗法与中药口服促进疱疹性咽峡炎康复的护理经验。在中医学辨证施护理论的指导下，针对患儿口腔疱疹、发热及咳嗽等症状，采用耳尖穴、少商穴与商阳穴放血治疗联合中药口服的方案。治疗3 d后患儿热退，溃疡及疱疹疼痛明显减轻；治疗6 d后，患儿无复热，口腔溃疡及疱疹消失，舒适度增加，转归情况良好，经主管医师分析，准予出院。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of 1 case of acupoint bloodletting therapy and oral Chinese medicine to promote the rehabilitation of herpangina. Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine， according to the symptoms of oral herpes， fever and cough of children， the scheme of bloodletting treatment of ear tip point， Shaoshang point and Shangyang point combined with oral Chinese medicine was adopted. After 3 days of treatment， the children's fever subsided， and the pain of ulcer and herpes was significantly reduced； After 6 days of treatment， the child had no fever， oral ulcer and herpes disappeared， comfort increased， and the outcome was good. After analysis by the physician in charge， he was allowed to be discharged.
