目的

观察烫伤治疗的中西医结合创新换药法在1例胸椎恶性肿瘤术后截瘫患者中的应用效果，探讨其有效性和安全性。
方法
2
选取1例胸椎恶性肿瘤术后截瘫发生意外烫伤患者作为研究对象，采用润湿烧伤膏、拔毒生肌散与脂质水胶体硫酸银敷料、康乐保泡沫敷料的中西医结合创新换药法进行治疗干预，同时结合心理护理、营养支持与预防并发症等治疗。
结果

经过23 d中西医结合创新换药法的干预，患者的3处感染烫伤创面愈合良好，未发生严重并发症。
结论

中西医结合创新换药法在胸椎恶性肿瘤术后截瘫患者烫伤治疗中具有显著效果，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective

To observe the application effect of the innovative dressing change method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of scald in a patient with paraplegia after thoracic vertebra malignant tumor surgery， and to explore its effectiveness and safety.
Methods

A patient with paraplegia accidentally scalding after thoracic malignant tumor surgery was selected as the study object. The innovative dressing change method combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine with wet-burn ointment， Badu-Shengji powder， lipid hydrocolloidal silver sulfate dressing and Kailangbao foam dressing was adopted for treatment intervention， and the treatment was combined with psychological nursing， nutritional support and complication prevention.
Results

After 23 days of intervention with the innovative dressing change method combined with Chinese and Western medicine， the patient's three infected scald wounds healed well without serious complications.
Conclusion

The innovative dressing change method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of scald in paraplegic patients after thoracic malignant tumor surgery， which is worthy of clinical application.
