摘要
本文总结1例在“三焦针灸法”指导下应用皮内针改善癌因性疲乏患者的护理经验。针对疲乏症状，在常规护理基础上应用“三焦针灸法”选择皮内针主穴和配穴，以调畅三焦气机、扶本培元、益气活血及疏肝理气。在实施治疗2周后，患者疲乏症状得到明显改善，病情得以缓解，顺利出院。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of improving cancer-related fatigue in a patient under the guidance of "Three Jiao Acupuncture Method" with intradermal needles. In addition to routine care， intradermal needles were selected based on the "Three Jiao Acupuncture Method" to address the fatigue symptoms， aiming to regulate the qi movement of the three jiao， tonify the root and build up the foundation， invigorate qi and promote blood circulation， and soothe the liver and regulate qi. After two weeks of treatment， the patient's fatigue symptoms were significantly improved， the condition was relieved， and the patient was discharged smoothly.
