摘要

本文总结以“温通”为指导运用循经铜砭刮痧技术，基于耳疗八卦理论运用耳夹疗法，取山泽通气之卦象治疗颞下颌关节紊乱患者的护理经验。本案例患者关节疼痛、张口受限是治疗中的重点，要密切关注疼痛减退及张口程度的变化。经循经铜砭刮痧、耳夹疗法等中医护理干预后，患者颞颌关节疼痛消失，VAS疼痛评分从3分降至0分，张口度从1.5 cm恢复正常的3.0 cm。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with temporomandibular joint disorder （TMD） treated with meridian-based bronze scraper guasha guided by the principle of "warming and unblocking，" and ear-clip therapy based on the Bagua theory of ear treatment， adopting the hexagram symbolism of "mountain and lake facilitating qi circulation." The key focuses of treatment were the patient's joint pain and limited mouth opening， with close monitoring of pain reduction and changes in mouth-opening capacity. After TCM nursing interventions including meridian-based bronze scraper guasha and ear-clip therapy， the patient's temporomandibular joint pain resolved， with the VAS pain score decreasing from 3 to 0 and mouth-opening capacity improving from 1.5 cm to the normal range of 3.0 cm.
