摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中是内科常见病，也是致死、致残率非常高的疾病。在急性缺血性脑卒中患者就诊过程中，脑卒中标准化急救流程，可缩短患者就诊至应用溶栓药物的时间，提高救治效率。本病例回顾1例急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓护理体会，通过急诊卒中中心绿色通道迅速得到专业、科学的治疗，改善预后，减轻神经功能缺损与意识障碍程度，并促进预后的改善。
Abstract
Acute ischemic stroke （AIS） is a common medical condition with high rates of mortality and disability. The implementation of a standardized emergency protocol for AIS significantly reduces the time from hospital arrival to thrombolytic drug administration， thereby improving treatment efficacy. This case report reviews the nursing experience of intravenous thrombolysis in an AIS patient who received prompt and specialized treatment through the emergency stroke center's green channel. The protocol not only enhanced clinical outcomes but also alleviated neurological deficits and consciousness impairment， contributing to better prognosis.
