摘要
本文探讨拔罐联合中药膏摩治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病的临床护理效果。对1例气滞血瘀型颈椎病患者进行拔罐联合中药膏摩治疗，同时实施个性化护理干预，包括疼痛管理、生活方式指导及心理护理。经过6 d的综合性治疗干预，患者颈肩部疼痛明显缓解，疼痛评分（VAS）评分从6分（中度疼痛）降到2分（轻度疼痛），改善率为66.7%；颈部活动度改善，颈椎功能障碍指数（NDI）由12分（中度功能障碍）降低至4分（轻度功能障碍），改善率为66.7%，生活质量提高；焦虑程度评分（SAS）评分由60分（中度焦虑）降低至40分（正常），改善率为33.3%。拔罐联合中药膏摩治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病可有效缓解症状，提高患者舒适度，配合综合护理措施可增强疗效。
Abstract
This study investigated the clinical nursing efficacy of cupping therapy combined with herbal ointment massage for cervical spondylosis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. One patient diagnosed with this condition received combined treatment of cupping and herbal ointment massage， alongside personalized nursing interventions including pain management， lifestyle guidance， and psychological support. After 6 days of comprehensive intervention， the patient showed significant improvement： neck and shoulder pain decreased markedly， with the Visual Analog Scale （VAS） score reducing from 6 （moderate pain） to 2 （mild pain）， representing a 66.7% improvement rate. Neck mobility improved， and the Neck Disability Index （NDI） decreased from 12 （moderate dysfunction） to 4 （mild dysfunction）， also reflecting a 66.7% improvement rate， alongside enhanced quality of life. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score decreased from 60 （moderate anxiety） to 40 （normal range）， indicating a 33.3% improvement. Cupping combined with herbal ointment massage effectively alleviates symptoms and enhances comfort in patients with cervical spondylosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. Integrating comprehensive nursing measures further enhances therapeutic outcomes.
