摘要

本文详细总结1例运用中药竹罐联合刺络放血疗法治疗膝痹患者的护理经验。借助中药竹罐技术独特的药、罐、穴三位一体疗法，将其作用于患者膝关节及小腿部的经络与穴位之上，同时配以刺络放血，使患者膝关节疼痛及下肢寒凉的症状得到明显缓解，治疗成效显著，极大地提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article details the nursing experience of a patient with knee Bi syndrome treated through the combined application of medicinal bamboo cupping and bloodletting puncture therapy. Leveraging the unique triad of herbal medicine， cupping， and acupoint stimulation in bamboo cupping technology， the therapy was applied to the meridians and acupoints around the patient’s knee and lower leg， supplemented with bloodletting puncture. The intervention significantly alleviated knee pain and coldness in the lower limbs， demonstrating notable therapeutic efficacy and substantially improving the patient’s quality of life.
