摘要

本文总结中药膏摩联合砭石温灸罐治疗1例颈椎病的护理经验。通过采用中药膏摩配合砭石温灸罐的中医技术，达到温经通络、活血化瘀及改善局部循环的作用，同时予患者情志护理、饮食指导及康复指导等整体护理，促进患者康复，提高患者舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience in treating a case of cervical spondylosis with Chinese herbal ointment massage combined with Bian stone warm moxibustion cupping. By employing these traditional Chinese medicine techniques， it achieves the effects of warming the meridians， promoting blood circulation， resolving blood stasis， and improving local microcirculation. Concurrently， holistic nursing care， encompassing emotional support， dietary counseling， and rehabilitation guidance， is provided to facilitate patient recovery and enhance comfort.
