摘要

本文总结1例类风湿性关节炎患者的藏医适宜技术应用和藏医特色护理经验。在加强常规护理的基础上，运用藏医辨证思维，针对患者证型实施辨证施护，通过实施涂擦（杂久）、热盐敷联合五味甘露药浴改善患者关节疼痛、晨僵症状，同时配合生活起居、饮食及情志等护理干预，促进患者康复。

Abstract

This report summarizes the application of Tibetan medicine-specific techniques and specialized nursing for a rheumatoid arthritis case. Building upon enhanced routine care， Tibetan syndrome differentiation principles guided tailored interventions. The integrated protocol—comprising Jaju topical therapy （Bya rgyud）， salt-based thermotherapy， and Nyungne Five-Nectar bath therapy—effectively alleviated joint pain and morning stiffness. Complementary lifestyle guidance， dietary modulation， and emotional regulation interventions synergistically accelerated recovery.
